SUPER BOLT

Silver metallic load cell sensor with multiple holes on one end, used for weight measurement and force detection.

The world’s first multi-jackbolt tensioning (MJT) bolt and nut solution that is mechanically tensioned.

Superbolt takes high preload specifications and simplify them into manageable torques using the jackbolts threaded through the nut body.  This is accomplished by utilizing hand tools and allowing for a straightforward maintenance procedure. The benefits helps the ease of maintenance by easy inspections, elimination of galling, reusability, and fast disassembly.  This product offering is supported by Bill Spitzer & Associates and can be fitted with load-sensing tensioner technology to measure accuracy within +/- 5%.
