NORD-LOCK WASHERS

Stack of metal rings labeled Nord-Lock with engraved numbers.

These wedge-locking washers use tension instead of friction to assure that bolted joints are steadfast when vibration and dynamic loads occur.  Nord-Lock washers provide improved operational dependability and decrease maintenance costs, while significantly lessening the risks of production stops, accidents, and warranty claims.

The high-quality solution is available in various metric and imperial sizes, with a high corrosion resistance (minimum 1,000 hours in salt spray test – ISO 9227).  Bill Spitzer & Associates offers this steel, stainless, alloy, and food grade solution to properly maintain a pre-load for all applications, like power generation, construction, rail, manufacturing, process, transportation, oil & gas, and mining.  Nord-Lock washers exceed expectations and pass the most severe Junker Test (DIN 65151) for maintaining clamping load versus nylon-inserted nuts, unsecured nuts, plain washers, spring washers, check lock nuts, and double nutting.
